Update after 42 days ,........

Hi to all journal readers,

The weekend after the 18th of August while feeling exhausted, i planned to do nothing and have a rest for 2 days.

On Saturday i had a slight fever which developped into a fever of just over 40 degrees celcius in 4 days time, i went to the doctor who send me to the hospital for blood tests, i could hardly walk en was most of the time in a delirium, so Caro had to support me.

The same evening  Hospital phoned us to say that we had to come directly to the emergency ward , since one of the blood tests indicated that my CRP value was extreme at 215 (above 3 is high risk) , i had severe bacterial infections. 

In short,  my immune system had shut down, and i was prone to have a heart attack or stroke, Caro drove me and they were bussy with me till about 10 in the evening, and Caro drove home since i didn't want to stay in The hopital.

Started with the antibiotics straight away, and only after the 4 th day there was some relieve in fever, it took 5 weeks with medication to have near normal value(still CRP of 30).

so just started  a few weeks ago with working for a few days a week, this will be the first week i will try to sit the week out.

At the beginning i was already exhausted and the the fever i was completly drained, so after work did the necessary grocery's and went straight to sleep in order to be fit enough to wake up at 05.00 for the next day.

So most probably will be uploading the rest of the foto's from castlefest this weekend,  if i feel wel enough.

Never been so sick and exhausted and drained in my life. I was really fed up with being so sick, that i even had thoughts of going to sleep and hoping not to wake up any more.(delerium),
