Konzertgerat 5080 Hi-Fi Zauberklang by Grundig II

It was produced for the 2 years (1956 and 57)and not in large numbers, but it was really High End audio of that era in time, with a sticker price of 460 euro’s 57 years ago !!! (average net salary was about 220 a month over here at that time).

-Details: 70 x 43 x 29 cm, weighing 18kg’s,
Containing 5 speakers, 1 x 30cm woofer, 2 x 20cm double coned full range speakers used for mid & high, and 2 times a 5 x 5cm electrostats for the high end tones instead of normal speakers,
amplifiers have 2 end tubes working parallel to power the speakers thru the build in 5 band equalizer, and still has enough power for an extra 2 external high efficienty speakers. (frugel Horn design >> [link] )
Radio part contains all the wave bands , and has high quality rotating antenna’s build in ,
and the same counts for the resistors, condensator, tubes , speakers and other materials inside its all of the highest quality!

Even to today’s Hi-Fi standards it delivers a very crisp en detailed spatial sound, it’s a real Audio Gem ! paid 40 euro.
