There are several medieval and fantasy meetings, but they're not very big (I don't know how they might be elsewhere), and there's always fantasy and medieval sections at the comic conventions--the biggest of which is Lucca comics and it should be around beginning November. As for gothic and Pagan and Wicca, I'm pretty sure there are, but I'm not really informed about it.
I'll have to check it out and I'll let you know.
